Contribuisci feedbackBurger was great! Friends were great! Lady on the front that takes our orders doesn't sound like she wants to deal with anyone or even work. Other than that. I would recommend this place. Unfortunately, the lady killed the vibe.
I and my 8 months pregnant girlfriend went to 20:30 last night and ordered 2 smash Burger Combos. The food came as just a meal, so we had to wait for the other fries. My friend couldn't finish the burger because it makes her nausea. We came home and she was thrown up all night and still feels really sick. I do not recommend this location at all.
The food was pretty good. It wasn't the best burger I had for this price, but it was certainly not bad. I would definitely recommend this place if you would like to try another type of burger?
It's been a few years since I entered this place. The restaurant is absolutely dirty. The ice machine is near the utensils, tables are not cleaned, the bathroom was disgusting, and I waited for 20 minutes for a cold burger and pommes. $14.61 for a burger, pommes and a well drink is crazy-- about the experience
I normally LOVE Smashburger, but the experience here was terrible. Ordered online for the half-price wings and went to the location to pick it up. No one was at the front. Eventually someone came out and asked about my order and I told them. They said the wings were all gone. Didn't ask what I wanted instead, or how this would be resolved. The haystack onions were also gone. When I asked for a refund for those items, the person said he didn't know how to do a refund for an app order. No offer of something else to replace. He asked one of the cooks in the back, but she didn't know either. Before I left I also had to ask for the drink cup for the drink I ordered, or I wouldn't have gotten that either. So I ended up with paying full price for half my order, plus a drink I didn't even want but had to order to get the half-price wings...wings I didn't even get! I've also called 3x yesterday during non-busy times to talk this over with the manager, no one answered the phone and no voicemail available. I understand running out of popular foods, but the customer service surrounding this is the worst I've ever seen.
