This is the best grocery store Starbucks I've been to! Normally, I'm not a fan of Starbucks in grocery stores, but the baristas here are amazing! They're friendly, efficient, and make perfect drinks. Plus, there's plenty of parking in the Smith's grocery store lot.
I visited today at 11:30 a.m. on November 17, 2022, and was met with a disappointing experience. As soon as I approached the cashier, there was no one there to greet me. Two women were working—one in an orange sweater with blonde hair, and the other with dark hair wearing a black shirt and apron. They glanced at me but completely ignored my presence, continuing their conversation about work frustrations and the tasks they had to tackle. Eventually, the woman in the orange sweater approached me with an attitude that felt more like she was trying to dismiss me rather than assist me. She asked, "What can I get you?" but kept laughing and chatting about a Raiders glove they found, making it difficult for me to focus on placing my order. I found this very frustrating and ended up leaving without ordering anything. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a Starbucks. They really need to improve their interaction with customers.
I'm sorry but I have to give this Starbucks a low score. It has absolutely nothing to do with service or staff. It has to do with people getting ripped off when using the app to pay. Starbucks often has challenges where if you order specific items so many times you have the chance to get bonus points. We're not talking about tiny points here we're talking 40 to 100 points! If you come to this Starbucks you will not earn those points. Why? Because Everytime you make a in person and scan with app to pay it goes through as a general purchase. Therefore you will not get credit for your specific purchase required to earn those bonus points. I am a regular Starbucks customer so this is a big deal to me.
