Sumo Sushi Ii - Las Vegas

For the first time, they can enjoy a restaurant that prepares everything fresh upon ordering. They also offer a wide variety of options beyond sushi, which is great for anyone in the group who may not be a fan. I tried several different dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I was looking for some late-night protein, which is why I chose a place close to home. The food was excellent, but sadly, the service left a lot to be desired. We were seated quickly but then ignored for quite some time. I ended up having to get up from our table to place our order, ask for a takeout box, and pay the bill. Fortunately, a server from another section noticed us and stepped in to help, which made the experience better. I would consider returning another time to give it another chance.

The all-you-can-eat sushi for $23.95 is an incredible deal compared to other places that have raised their prices to $29. The service was excellent, and the sushi chef served us the freshest sashimi I've ever had—I'm sorry, I can’t recall the type of fish, perhaps bluefin?—but it was incredibly fresh and practically melted in my mouth. It was so delicious! I would definitely return with my family.
