Service of our waiter, steven was excellent. I had the steak and lobster special and for the price it was only avarage. the steak was a little hard and lobster was okay. there was a little excitement with another who required security. the manager and staff including hotel security have handled the situation calmly.
Had never been here before; strolled up and immediately took a seat. The location was pleasant, and there were numerous TVs installed throughout with a wide variety of sports channels. The waiter quickly took our drink order, brought our drinks to us, and then quickly took our dinner order and delivered it. It was delicious and spicy. bought a delicious dessert. The dinner was tasty, and it was nice.
Stopped in this afternoon for an order of potato skins. Tried them here a couple of weeks ago, and they were good, real crispy. This time, they weren't crispy at all, just greasy and rubbery. So, now I'm wondering if I was just lucky last time, and this is how they normally turn out, or if the cook was in a rush this time and under-cooked them. My bill for the potato skins and a Diet Coke came to over $19. I know things are expensive these days, but I can order a full meal at Lou's Diner for less than $19, and I know it will be good. If you're going to charge this much, you need to provide some value for the money. I'll go somewhere else next time.
This location is found inside The Orleans hotel and casino. I popped in here Saturday night to grab a bite before hitting the slots. Felt pretty quiet for a Saturday night. Sat at the bar. Greeted immediately by both bartenders. Ordered food and drink. I ordered the fish chips. It came out relatively quick I believe. Four pieces of fish squares. Oddest way I have seen fish and chips served. The fish definitely did not taste fresh. It was mushy when you bit inside. The breading that was on it was good. Fries were so so. When asking for hot sauce the only option was Tabasco. It did feel that the staff on this shift might have been new. There was a bit of confusion on orders and takeout orders. Not just of items within the order, but who gets it. I saw all the takeout orders while sitting at the bar. One patron was asking which meal is which container as they were not marked which was which. The bartender responded with I don 't know. You will have to open them up one by one. The patron was not too pleased at the response. Another patron getting their to go order, asked for other types of to go condiments. To which the reply from the bartender was they only had ketchup to go condiments. Their to go cups are made out of styrofoam. Lots of things that added to this overall rating. Number one being the food.
