The Modern Vegan - Las Vegas

The dining experience here is absolutely delightful, with generous portions and dishes served with love. My favorites include the Avocado Love appetizer (avocado halves filled with seasoned tofu, topped with fresh fruit, sesame seeds, and coconut), the mouth-watering Lobster Melt made with hearts of palm, and the delectable French toast grilled cheese. The dishes are freshly prepared to order and served with a side of crispy potatoes and fresh fruit.

This place is truly amazing. I love everything on the menu and we definitely left satisfied. There is no way I would let any of it go to waste. Updated review as of July 31, 2022.

This was our first visit to the restaurant and we decided to start with the Hangover Fries. It was topped with some of the most delicious steak strips I have ever tasted. For our main dishes, we ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac N' Cheese and the Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich. Both dishes were absolutely amazing.

Friendly, impeccable service, decadently indulgent food and sublime drinks. A must visit if you’re in Vegas. They need more of these all over the world.
