Contribuisci feedbackWhat can I say about this place other than that it was fantastic! I visited with a large group, and we had the chance to sample a variety of delicious dishes. We enjoyed the charcuterie board, olives, roasted nuts, Bombas de Queso, Bullfighter's Steak, Patatas Bravas, Toledo Bar Fries, Crab Buñuelos, Seoul of Spain, Paella Mixta, Goat's Milk Basque Cheesecake, and Honey Toast Torrijas. As for cocktails, I tried the Leche de Pantera, also known as the "sex panther" milk punch (it was just okay, as it had a licorice flavor that I'm not particularly fond of), and the Prince of Toledo, which not only tasted incredible but also came with an impressive flaming presentation! The ambiance is really cool (the bathroom is a highlight), and watching the chef ignite the paella with a flamethrower is quite a spectacle! The customer service was exceptional as well. I can’t wait to return and try more dishes since the menu changes regularly!
We had a fantastic dining experience with delicious food, a fantastic atmosphere, and friendly staff! We ordered two different types of paella, and we added rabbit to one of them. The crispy bits at the bottom were absolutely delightful! All the meat was tender and packed with flavor. I just adore this place! To top it off, we tried the goat cheese cheesecake – it was incredible! Creamy and perfectly balanced in sweetness, it was the ideal size for sharing since it was quite large. I was thrilled to receive a generous slice instead of the tiny portions usually offered at other restaurants with specialty desserts. Plus, our exchange student from Valencia loved the food as well! He was in heaven with the croquetas!
This restaurant is truly one of the best hidden gems in town! You should definitely come for the paella and enjoy the flamethrower experience! Every dish we tried was outstanding, and the paella was absolutely worth the wait. The servers were exceptional and provided excellent service. I highly recommend the Spanish Penicillin and saving some space for the cheesecake. I've been dreaming about this place and can't wait to return!
Incredible paella tapas at a great price. Chef/owner trained under the masters in Spain, and literally wrote one of the top books on charcuterie. 3x bang for the buck vs. top restaurants on the strip.
Really unique creative atmosphere and menu. Very artsy feel to the décor and the food. They are known for their paella which takes 45 minutes to make in the traditional wood fired oven. Several different varieties can be ordered in large and small and vary in price from $24 up to $80. We ordered the traditional mariscos paella a pitcher of sangria and bunch of tapas to start. Topped off the meal with goat cheesecake with cherries. Everything was creatively prepared and delicious. The service staff was friendly and very personally attentive. I would definitely come back to this place and highly recommend it to anybody that wants something a little bit different and really fun.
