Zen Curry House - Las Vegas

Food tasted good and was overall amazing. One of the best Japanese curries I’ve had. Service was good and quick, nice indoor dining. Good AC as well so won’t be hot inside while you eat. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for good curry!Parking: Easy parking with decent amount of space

First time back in about ten years.This place is a solid choice for Japanese curry. It’s not fancy and you won’t be amazed by the quality or presentation, but if you’re looking for a good Japanese curry house, this is one option.You can built your own curry by selecting from three sizes. Type of rice, ten spice levels, and a large selection of protein. That’s what I did and the medium size with chicken katsu cost me just over $15.00. You can add toppings, such as vegetables, if you wish.The service was great. Very fast and friendly. There were several servers working and all were friendly at attentive to me.Like so many other shopping centers along this stretch of Spring Mountain, the parking is terrible and getting in and out of the center takes patience.

Small restaurant with alot of flavor! Simple menu, curry. Sides. And your favorite things to dip in the curry! 10 spice levels, 5 was barely enough to make a tingle. Pork katsu and shrimp were both cooked perfectly. The shumi appetizer was also tasty.Food: 5/5

This place is so good and the prices are really fair! We had chicken katsu and pork katsu, both regular size, and gyoza. The gyoza was so good!!! It was crunchy on the outside and the inside was juicy and hot and full of flavor. The curry was so rich and delicious, and the chicken was so crispy and so juicy. I didn't try the pork but I also heard good things about it. I really like spicy food and I love that they give you an option of adding more spice if the 10 is not spicy enough! Sidenote: I love to eat really hot (temperature) food. I literally love when it's so hot that it burns my tongue it's my favorite way to enjoy food. But it's hard to eat at a restaurant and have the food stay that hot the entire time. The food here stayed warm the entire time I was eating and it made my heart happy.
