I visit this place for lunch occasionally and I have never been disappointed. The sushi is fresh and well-prepared, especially the spicy tuna which has a nice kick. The sashimi is also very good. Their Korean dishes, like the bi-bim-bap, are also delicious. The stone bowl and crispy rice at the bottom make it a standout dish. It's a small place that can get crowded during lunchtime, but the service is always friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.
I've been lucky enough to have good Korean food from several different restaurants I'd say this place is really very good. I had the bulgogi (which comes with rice, kimchi potatoes in this case also a miso soup). Everything was outstanding I especially liked their version of the potatoes (julienned with toasted sesame seeds). The only thing I don't eat is kimchi (but my husband really liked it). I'd DEFINITELY go again. The only thing is their business card says they're closed Sundays, urban spoon says they're open for Sunday dinner...I dunno which is true.
I was blown away by the quality of the Korean food at Misoya. It's rare to find such delicious options in this area, especially when it comes to sushi. This restaurant stands out among the rest with their well-cut and flavorful sushi dishes. Misoya offers the best value for your money when it comes to sushi in Montreal.
The food at this restaurant is incredible. Despite its unassuming exterior, my experience was a pleasant surprise. Caught in a snow storm, we decided to take a chance and were impressed by the amazing food and service. It's one of the best Korean restaurants I've tried in Montreal. The menu is concise, featuring a selection of Sushi and Korean dishes, all of which are delicious. Whatever you choose to order, you won't be disappointed.
Good Little Restaurant. Good little hole-in-the-wall located at the 'Sami Fruits ' plaza in Lasalle specializing in Korean dishes and sushi. It 's a very small restaurant that can seat about 20 people. Although their menu isn 't extensive what they do serve is very good. They stick to basic Korean dishes like Dolsot Bibimbap (vegtables, beef, and egg over rice in a heated stone bowl) , Samgye-tang (a small whole stuffed chicken simmerred with ginseng in a heated stone bowl) and Hyedupbap (Korean version of Japanese Chirashi). Their sushi menu has a modest listing but what they do serve is very fresh and tasty. Their Kimichi side dishes are also very good and alternate during the week. Lunch hour can be quite packed so get there early.....or late.
