I ended up waiting 20 minutes longer than the app indicated for my food to be ready. I had to ask to speak with someone because Nayelli, the girl at the counter, was completely ignoring the mobile orders. The app clearly states to go to the counter and inform them about your mobile order. She was extremely rude and clearly needs a new job—maybe even a new attitude. If you dislike your job that much, perhaps it's time to find a new one. To top it all off, the food was incredibly dry.
The restaurant was incredibly busy, but they managed it efficiently. It seemed like a lot of holiday weekend travelers and weekend visitors were craving Panda, but despite the crowd, the wait time was minimal and the food was fresh.
I've visited this location three times, and each time we've had to wait 20 minutes for teriyaki chicken during dinner hours. You would expect them to be prepared for the dinner rush, but that's not the case here!
My son vomited at the table.I felt queasy later in the day.Besides that, it was ok.
Great restaurant, a little skimpy on the servings though. Ordered 2 sides of Chow Mein and the containers were definitely not filled.
