Starbucks - Lathrop

I had a very simple order, oatmeal and a green tea with honey. I was never asked if I wanted a hot tea or an iced tea. When I got to the window the man went to hand me an iced green tea, which is not what I ordered. It was suppose to be hot. So I told him it was supposed to be hot and his whole attitude and demeanor changed like it was an inconvenience to get me the right drink. Like I said he never once asked if it was hot or iced, but I'm not sure why he would assume it's iced when it's 57 degrees outside. Anyways he was completely rude the rest of the time and after he handed me my oatmeal he quickly shut the drive thru window. Better service next time would be great.

Terrible service, I was standing for 20 minutes waiting to be attended to and the employees were there as if nothing had happened, the worst service

Wonderful customer service. Super nice and they make a great cup of coffee and exactly the way I like it!Dietary restrictions: You should carry a gf option for those of us who are gluten intolerant.

Drive through service was good and quick. Coffee was as suspected, great.

Quick efficient service and standard coffee offerings. The seasonal stuff is good (eggnog latte, pistachio latte), make sure you sub out some of the overbearing sugars syrups their lattes are doused in. Caffeine is awesome, diabetes is not?
