Restaurant La Voulzie

What can I say about this fabulous restaurant that hasn't been said yet? A beautiful location on the river Gartempe, friendly service and fabulous food. They won't be disappointed.

What a beautiful place. A very warm welcome, beautiful location and good service. A family visit and we all had different options from the menu. All were delicious and well cooked and presented. Very good value, especially my menu Voulzie for 14 Euros. Definitely... the return list.

This is our local restaurant, how lucky do we have?! We were several times last year and in summer our good friends Yves, Serges and Nicky took their birthday. Yves is a 87-year-old connoisseur of foie...gras and was very happy. The menu changes, it is a short menu, but this is a good thing, all freshly cooked to order. Service is efficient and friendly and the view over the river is a pleasure in all weathers. Food is delicious, well cooked and well presented, we are so glad that we found it. We hope to get regular customers for many years.

Top class restaurant in beautiful surroundings with a great Sunday lunch menu. Full of French customers so must be good if the locals enjoy it i thought. We were not disappointed! great food good house wine and a fair bill at the end. we will...take our friends again and again in future.

We had a sensational lunch yesterday at La Voulzie it was a glorious day, perfect for dining by the river. As ever, La Voulzie was superb lovely menu and reasonably priced for the quality of the food, and attentive service, highly recommended!
