Harbor Inn Lounge - LATROBE

The restaurant is extremely tidy, the service is top-notch, the menu has a wide variety of options, and the prices are affordable.

I went to a family dinner and found that three of my family members had cold food. Additionally, I discovered a hair in my salad. The dining room was so crowded that I could only move two feet behind me without bumping into the chairs.

We felt like we were on a wild goose chase trying to find the restaurant, but when we arrived around 7:30 on a cold Saturday night, the parking lot was full. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. They have prime rib and ribeye specials every other weekend, and we happened to visit on the right weekend. I always recommend ordering the prime rib rare. Just a tip.

Went to here tonight with my girlfriend as we had seen their special advertised and it looked good. This couldn't have been more of a bad decision, we ordered a Pepsi and diet pepsi, both were flat and horrible.....the waitress took them back and said they would change the tanks or whatever and flush the lines. She returned with 2 more which turned out to be worse, after asking us if they were ok she asked what else we wanted I ordered a Bud light and she order a vodka and cranberry. The beer was warm didn't even sweat and her drink was a glass of vodka with a splash of cranberry. Our dinner consisted of the 4 mile chicken which came with a vegetable medley, a prime rib special with a baked potato with vegetable medley and a appetizer of the mini bolis which are small deep fried Stromboli's as which they were good until we found a long dark hair embedded in one of them. My prime rib was ordered medium rare it came out grey, with white starchy fat, dry and rubbery and tasted like garbage I wouldn't even of fed it to my dogs) the vegetable medleys were hard and uncooked. After seeing this my girlfriend was afraid to even eat her meal. The waitress did apologize and take my my meal off our check but still had to pay for the horrible drinks and my girl friends meal which we did feed to the dogs. After brining up the trouble and the waitress even seeing our frustration looked for the manager. Only to find out there was no manager in the facility. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to eat here and will never go back absolutely appolling!

By far the best shrimp around! Love all the food...And the service at the bar!!
