Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered 10 pieces of chicken drumsticks and legs, but instead received dry chicken breast, which was terrible and overly dry. I didn’t get what I had paid for, and it was very disturbing and disappointing. I feel cheated and deprived of what I should have received according to the coupon that explicitly mentioned drumsticks and thighs. This is unacceptable. I demand a refund.

The journey is terrible. you will wait 30 minutes or better. it is as if they serve the whole inner before they drive thru

It was a little bit of a wait but it is worth it. I got the chicken tender meal for my husband which he loves with ranch and hot sauce came back nice and hot and fresh. I got myself the signature classic two piece meal chicken drumstick and thigh that came out warm and fresh and I love that I also get the Cajun rice they just came back out with it they got rid of it for a while which was depressing lol.

I'd like to think that I'm a pretty understanding person but what I do not understand is someone trying to kill me. Lol maybe I'm being a little dramatic but anytime I say let me order some food from Popeyes the workers who pack the bag never put any sauce in the bag. How do you knowingly give a person those dry and sometimes burned ahh biscuits without putting any jelly in the bag?? Or if I order tenders you never put any sauce in the bag when the order is getting delivered. Let also not talk about the long ahh wait time in the drive through or the inside. By the time I leave the drive thru I've wasted a quarter tank of gas smh just ridiculous

Was ok just extremely expensive. 15$ for 5 tenders is a bit too much. Although i love Popeyes, i dont think i can afford it anymore.
