New owner making changes not helping in my opinion. Good luck with your business you lost a frequent customer.Charging automatic 18% gratuity on a to go pick up order, paid cash, and got my food wrong. Menu on website said $12 for a salad with grilled chicken, got charged $17.50. Another client walking out as I was felt the same way and made sure to voice his opinion to me.Not coming back. I spoke to 3 different people to place an order. A woman answered and put me on hold, then a man took my order and put me on hold, and then a different woman took my order again.Should not be so hard to understand Hello, I 'd like to order for pick up, a salad with grilled chicken please Seems like when there is something wrong you try to put some or all of the blame on the customer. That 's a no no. Try to not respond with a witty remark or we can continue doing this.Happy Monday!
The food was tasty. I was shown 2 different menus, with different prices!It was.a salsa night and even though people really enjoy merengue the Dj only plaid one merengue. A little bit of variety is good. I paid.a cover price of $10 but never got to see.the invited Dj even though I left at 11 pm.
Not sure if this was a Colombian restaurant as they played r&b and hip hop all night. Only 4 people in the restaurant but the food took an hour and was not all was freshly made. Waitier did not know about the menue and had to bring us out a second menu which was more clear as to what they offer. There are far better authentic colombian restaurants to choose from.
