Checkers - Lauderhill

Not the best location, terrible, never fresh and they close whenever they want. Online says open until 5:00 they will close at 3:30 or 4:30. I was right here at 4:30 a.m., car response service took my order when I pulled on the window she turned off the light, and a closed signal for me. In the past I came also during the open hours and they had the place dark; Lights from music and employees in the parking lot. Sketchy area.

Food was amazing! One if I had the best burgers in a long time. The chili customers were also really good...BUT... the most incredible items are the funnel cakeries! This is a MUST TRY if you don't have it before!

I visited last night at 10:00 PM and used the drive-thru, which took 20 minutes despite there only being four cars ahead of me. I ordered a Mother Cruncher chicken sandwich, but the chicken was overcooked and nearly burnt. I ended up tossing it in the trash, which is what they should have done. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I couldn't even order. At first the intercom was broken, and when we drove to the window, the ghetto, unprofessional cashier, told us to go back to the broken intercom to place our order. This person had no knowledge of what it is to have customer service skills. I highly recommend that checkers of the franchise trainer train their employees better when you come to customer service.

I arrived at 4:11 AM, and they close at 5:00 AM. I placed my order using the automated system and then drove up to the window. The employees saw me but continued working, so I assumed they were preparing my food. After waiting for over 20 minutes, they turned off the lights without ever mentioning that they were closing earlier. Three employees saw me waiting at the drive-thru window, yet no one communicated with me. There was also a car behind me waiting for their order and another person at the walk-in window. I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable!
