Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lauderhill

This place is terrible! I often have enough chipotle to know that they usually have a good service, but I don't eat meat? and the young girl hasn't informed me that there were no veggies until I have 4 pots in. she was very dismissed. the second girl gave me a small amount of guacamole? and she didn't even pay attention to what she did. I was confused and cared for a moment. in my pause she began to say: “You want it or not? do you want it or not? I was so hungry that I said it was just a meal! I paid and left. No one had nameplate.

When I got there the service was really great! Food was very hot when I got home and was very tasteful and yummy !!

Found hair in my food. Staff was unprofessional, stale tortilla, restaurant was very messy, not sure what corporate is gonna do about this restaurant but it needs to be addressed

Everything was beyond bland, the chips were stale the gauc sucked, they didn't give enough of anything when I asked for extra, it overall costed me $40 for me and my gf to eat here. Don't eat this trash you can make better food at home this was disgusting.

I wish I could give this no stars. Me and my family went here and the lady took my husband order than took my sons order and than told me she couldnt take mine and that she was making herself food because her shift was ending than they took the person behind me their order mean while they still didnt take mine finally I said.my order still hasnt been taking than we sit down and o see that they charged me for a drink with my sons kids meal.we.didnt get any fruit or whatever the side option was and when my husband brought it to their attention the staff could care less. I have never had such a bad experience anywhere. Needless to say we will not be going back
