Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lauderhill

Like most fast food places in the area, almost the entire staff was batiam, placing an order or getting any kind of help can be slightly difficult. Other than that, the food was good and was treated very well. It was very hot inside the restaurant almost like there was no AC blowing.

Food is always good and fresh sometimes customer service isn't all that great but I know that they're dealing with a lot of people at one time so I try to be as patient as I can all in all it's a pretty good experience

This place is very popular located on Broward Boulevard. The lines are always long but staff is good. Food is also always fresh. I never had a bad experience there. The only thing is sometimes it takes them awhile to get to the microphone but that's okay as long as the food is good.

I ordered on the mobile app while I was on the line on the drive-thru bc I thought it would optimize the process. No. I told them on the microphone that I had a mobile order to pick up, and when I got into the window, I told them again that I would pick up a mobile order. The girl in the window looked pala uncomfortable, turned around asking my order, and then I said to raise. For the next 30 minutes I watched her serve 10 cars that later came behind me without a single delay. My order never came. This is not the first time this happened in this place, but it is the last time I go there.

So..This is a fried chicken place... drive thru and order a 2 piece meal... the lady says that they only have sharp chicken and if I want regular (mild) I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes...oh... I say... why there's no normal chicken... she's getting back... you have to wait. So I say... no matter what... she says..YEAH RECHT with a bright sound and attitude. So I assume that. That's the second time I was with these Popeyes. The last time I had a similar experience with the exception of various types of food, the lower line is the people there is not very customer service friendly and obviously management does not care about it either! If I were the manager or owner of this place, I would see that as a safe way to lose money. Having staff so that they don't care about the business is a safe way to bring the business to the ground. I will never support this business again! I generally don't like negative reviews, but this one definitely deserves it!!
