Zur Linde Gasthof - Lauf an der Pegnitz

Thanks to the fantastic good Franconian cuisine I could score points with my guests. It was a very nice celebration that was updated even more by the great service of Rita. We like to come back

The older operation is very unfriendly. I had ordered a carving with potato salad and mixed salad. I was disappointed that the potato salad on the salad plate was on it, nice in dressing. I couldn't taste the potato salad anymore. The carving was too sharp. It was not asked if the food tastes, or other drinks. I'm almost thirsty on this hot day. The invoice was then made without comment. A visit to the Linde is not worth it.

We were back there 23.6.2017, my Tyrolean carving and my wife her hunting carving came very fast ca. 15 min and above all both dishes simultaneously. The quality and service were very commendable that make us happy to come back and recommend it further.

We had from 16 to 18 June a double room ordered. Our daughter-in-law brought us to the inn and went with me. We were kindly greeted by the boss. The boss came by after he had probably seen my wife outside and asked us gruelessly and seriously the question: You want to stay in the room for three? We were so perplexed that before we could give him the appropriate answer, he had disappeared again to take care of other guests. After that, we were looking for our rooms in old building and were a second time a little bit done by what we found out. Uralte ramped furniture, absolutely inappropriate mattresses and stains on the wall. When we came back to the hotel in the evening, we asked the waitress for a bottle of water for the night. We bought a bottle and served for the third time. This was our fifth and last visit to this house. We should not give a star for this time.

Super eat, which was brought very fast. I'm almost a regular. Very good service and the ambience is excellent and very stylish. I can only recommend!
