Château Prat Majou Gay

After booking, the wines of the Prat-Majou property tasted around 11h30 After the visit of the cellar and the very interesting explanations of Géraldine Gay and Guilhem Pedreno, we tasted the different wines, all this accompanied by delicious different dishes with each wine. (Cheese pasta, omelette, chicken pie, truffle purée, grilled lamb, roquefort beet and grilled nuts, goat cheese and chocolate dessert) It's all homemade and delicious and I forget... The owners are young, friendly and give you all the explanations necessary for tasting. Naturally the wines are very good and some organic. Very good time with them.
