Kfc - Laurel

I tried the tenders and found them to be good. My husband opted for the chicken box, which featured Cornish meat chickens that were big and tough.

Every time I have gone to this restaurant after 6 pm, they have had no chicken available. It is hard to understand how a place that primarily sells chicken could constantly be out of it. This KFC in Laurel, Mississippi is by far one of the worst I have ever been to. It's not just a one-time occurrence, but it has happened multiple times. I can confidently say that I will never return to this location and will make the extra effort to drive to Ellisville instead. It is disappointing to see such a poor representation of the franchise in Laurel.

My family had a reunion at this KFC and the staff was fantastic! They served our large order quickly and it was hot and fresh, with plenty of extra sauces for the chicken tenders. We will definitely return.

Employees were friendly and efficient. Chicken was dry and the spices were still in the vault--no flavor. Coleslaw was only thing worth eating. Biscuits were hard. Worse mac and cheese I have ever tasted. Instant Potatoes as always should never beserved in a restaurant.

Stopped in here on our way back to Hattiesburg. We went through the drive in and ordered a large family dinner. Service was very fast and we received everything we ordered. Food was good, service was friendly, we'll stop by here again.
