Kfc - Laurens

2 tiny thighs buried in 2 big balls of batter. Every piece of chicken in the bucket was small but I saved the thighs for last. They were so disappointing.

This is NEVER fast food. You never get your food through the drive through window. You have to pull up to wait for it. Probably to truck corporate into thinking the food is served in a timely manner. It's not. Today I waited 28 minutes after I pulled up to get my food. It's horrible. The food tastes fine but I could make it myself in half the time. I'm from Fort Lauderdale. The lines can be thirty cars long but they get the food out fast and don't make you pull up to wait. I come here in Laurens with no one in line behind me or in front of me and wait 28 minutes for food. Staff is transient, you never see people last long. No one they hire had a clue as to how fast food works. Every time I say I'll try it again it's the same. They must pay really badly or have the worst hiring manager on Earth. I give up, they should close it down. Been going through this for ten years since I moved here. It never gets better.

I door dash and when I get door dashes to this KFC, it always takes forever and I never get noticed. I don't get greeted, nor am I knowledge by them. It just breaks me because if you don't like people u shouldn't be working on a food place then!

First of all this store is visibly filthy. The guy that took our order was dull and lifeless. They had no mashed potatoes at all. When we asked for wedges. They gave us fries. They did not include the.condiments that we asked for.

Food was ok not the worst but the service was bad The employee named Earline was not friendly at all. If you dislike your job that much find a new one.
