She rudely exclaimed that she couldn’t hear her, prompting my fiancé to pull her mask down to repeat the order. When it was my turn, I clearly stated my order, which she took. After my fiancé received her drink, I was still waiting on mine when the cashier abruptly asked, "What are you waiting for?" I replied, "My sweet tea." She then claimed she didn't hear me order tea, to which I insisted I definitely did. Eventually, she started to make it after my fiancé confirmed she heard my order. Afterwards, we went to find a place to sit down and eat, but they informed us we couldn’t eat inside. Confused, I asked why they had signs allowing us to enter if we couldn’t actually eat there. With no choice, my fiancé and I ended up sitting at a smoking break table outside, as we couldn’t carry our food and drinks elsewhere without risking them getting cold or spilling. This was, by far, one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. If I could rate it a zero, I would. To make matters worse, they didn't include a hash brown with my fiancé's combo order, and they misheard my order for two sausage and cheese biscuits, instead accusing me of ordering incorrectly. The place itself was fine, but the staff was terrible. It’s hard to believe that other employees didn’t step in to support the cashier; she obviously shouldn’t be in a customer service role if she struggles with communication. I won’t be returning to this location again.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The manager was incredibly rude. When I requested a refund, she cursed at me and claimed she had returned my card, but it never showed up. I feel like I've lost my money and won’t be getting it back.
The restaurant serves pre-cooked food while also preparing fresh meals, yet you still end up waiting for the old food that has just been chopped.
