UPDATE.. 4/26/24. @drive thru. Decided to try again, my bad. Since when does bacon look like sausage was really wanting a sausage bagel this morning got all the way to work and it was a bacon bagel.! WTH? ?‍ Geez ?. Could be because I had asked for extra sauce on it, got them all confused !!! So that’s $10.11 for something you don’t want. Beware everyone. Check your food before pulling away.Feb 24. Very disappointed for some reason this particular location can't keep the ice cream machine up and running. It's always down!!! It's got to be managment failure, or lack of wanting service ice cream or something. Sorry but honestly I've been to many, many McDee's throughout my 65 yrs of life all over the USA and this location is down on the bottom of my scale. There's always at least disappointing thing about my experience everytime I decide to try it again from not getting the right order, missing something in my order, bad attitudes, out of a certain condiment or yea... you guessed it NO ICE CREAM. ;

We went to order, people standing and waiting for their food, but not getting waited on!! Some lady was at the drive thruBut no one was handling the front counter, people complaining, a door dash customer waiting on an order, but wasn’t getting his customers food, some employee said they were short handed, but wasn’t helping us that were waiting, some teenage boys kept wandering behind the counter and had hoodies on, didn’t look like they belong there, we got tired of not being waited on, so we walked out, the floors behind the counter were dirty and greasy, and one of the kiosks never had paper in it for our tickets, y’all need help, someone respectful of the customers and willing to help the out!!!!

Gave me wrong food. Take my advice and go somewhere else it's never cooked fresh here, I mean it's got a 2.9 in reviews, that is sorry.

Went thru drive-thru towards 10pm on a weekday. Everything was hot and they even had the ice cream maker going to make my shake. Probably the best McDonalds experience ive ever had.

Waited in line for 12 mins,just to get to the window for then to say,your cookies in the oven,dang it should 've been finished as long as I sat there,then after pulling up waiting,5 mins later,she comes out with cookies that wasn 't even fresh...other food was cold while basically waiting on "supposedly "fresh cookies, that was cold and hard? I swear,if you don 't get there before 4,you can forget it
