The manager's behavior towards the staff is quite unpleasant, and she has a habit of coughing over the food while working in the kitchen. Additionally, the staff often prioritize their conversations over attending to customers, leading to a less-than-inviting atmosphere. The dining area is consistently dirty. I used to visit several times a week when a young lady managed the front; she maintained a clean environment and genuinely cared for the customers. However, since her departure, my experiences have been disappointing, and I no longer feel inclined to eat there.
The quality of service, food, and cleanliness at Captain D's has significantly deteriorated over the past few years. The manager treats her staff poorly and, when in the kitchen, often coughs over the food. Staff members frequently ignore customers to continue their conversations, and the dining area is consistently unclean. I used to visit several times a week when a young woman managed the front; she maintained a clean environment and showed genuine care for the customers. However, since her departure, my experiences have been off-putting. I no longer choose to dine there and have no intention of returning.
