Taki Japanese - Laurinburg

It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The food was dry and bland. Order was messed up. Was told that they do not have a manager or a supervisor??? I will never go there again and waste my money.

Long waits. They dont answer the phone. They have been put of tea since the pandemic. Prices are too high. Got my order wrong plus I recieved a plate full of rice and less meat than usual. I really tried to hang in there for improvement but I think after today, Im done.

Sadly i havent been here in a while, but my mom, sister and I used to come here often! Just for celebrations ir as a quick treat after a long week. The food used to be very good and we used to be amazed over how they madd the carrots taste like sweet potatoes as kids! I would love to revisit one day for the nostalgia. The atmosphere was OK, loved the large Kimono they had on the wall, the waving cat at the register, and the paintinga of Geishas and more above the tables. Taki's a good cheap and quick Japenese place. In the Scotland County area, it is one of the best.

This restaurant needs to find new employees ASAP.... girl at the drive thru window was RUDE AS SHE COULD BE..... SHE OVER CHARGED ME AND MY FOOD WAS WRONG TWICE SHE GOT MAD AND TOLD ME I COULDN'T HAVE A REFUND OR SHE WASNT GONNA FIX MY FOOD WELL FOR ME PAYING $40 YES U WILL.....SHE REALLY TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME ? SHE WENT IN THE STORE AND NEVER CAME BACK OUT.... I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE FOR SOMETHING TO GET DONE AND OH YEAH WHEN I CALLED THE POLICE SHE LEFT THE STORE WALKED RIGHT OFF HER JOB AND LEFT THE NEW GIRL THERE SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING THATS A SHAME..... NEVER WILL I WASTE MY MONEY THERE EVER AGAIN...... I called for a hour NO ANSWER AT ALL when I finally went up there the rude GIRL SAID WELL DO U LIVE A HOUR AWAY I SAID NO ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES SHE SAID WELL U SHOULD HAVE JUST COME UP HERE... REALLY ??? THATS WHY U CALL AHEAD SO U DONT HAVE TO WAIT LIKE I DID A WHOLE HOUR AND 1/2 she acted like she wanted to fight yelling at me like she crazy .. and it was their fault my food was wrong SMH

Just left from there earlier today, we ordered 5 plates, 3 teriyaki and 2 hibachi, the rice in all 5 plates were hard, and found a piece of hair in my plate. The girl who took my order didn't make sure I was actually finished and just gave me my total anyways...a little disappointed
