Bluebird Cafe - Lausanne

I liked their mulled wine. And dessert. We went at tea time But they say that Sunday brunches are magnificent.

Clearly my new favorite place in Lausanne for brunch! A menu on which we want to try everything, top service, great decoration and simply incredible dishes!

I went there for the first time with a friend on Wednesday 30/11 for lunch. I was so with the place and the fantastic warm welcome from the staff I proposed to my wife to check their weekend brunch. There on Sat 3/12 and I had the Bluebird breakfast; my wife had the Saumon Pancakes. Both were excellent. What is remarkable (again) is the warm and friendly welcome of the staff. You feel so welcome and at home. It is also one of these places where you can hear much more English than spoken elsewhere in Lausanne. I would recommend this place without hesitation to everyone.

I moved near and by chance we went to Bluebird Cafe on a snowy evening without reservation. We were so pleasantly surprised by the warm (excellent English speaking) service, beautiful atmosphere, beautiful wine and delicious food, which we once again for brunch. As a vegetarian, I was always very well served with generous portions of beautiful dishes. There are also vegan options and a great oat latte. On the non-Veg front I heard Rave reviews from Fiance and Mother about the beef burger. Recommended!
