We booked the same day and we thank the staff for finding us a place. There is enough choice for all tastes. The prices are a bit high standard but totally in line with the place, the situation, the service etc. We were very well received, we started by taking Spritz, which were not necessarily the best, it happens, too much sparkling water compared to the rest. We picked up some Hugos which were well made. We ordered a starter each, lobster salad for me, which was very good and vegetable carpaccio, a bit disappointing, no taste, just rolled raw vegetables. We followed with beef, very good, well cooked as requested and the gratin was just perfect. The only downside was the quantities of vegetables and gratin which were a little lacking. This restaurant has been a sure bet in Lausanne for a long time. Small quality menu, fresh produce and very good choice of wines.

Very nice cuisine, top presentation, extra risottos. A little quick service and a little more smile would be nice.
