Miyako - Lausanne

Beautiful and delicious dinner at Miyako!! We arrived pretty late in the evening and the restaurant was pretty crowded, but the waiters made it possible to find another place. We had a menu with tuna tartar, Misosuppe, black cod and a dessert, all these delicious were very nicely prepared and presented. Also the service was exceptional and responded very quickly to additional requests, always with a smile, and highly professional.

After closing, it feels very good to sit in a restaurant and share some delicious sushi with a Billecart Salmon Rosé. You can always expect good food and great service there, I look forward to my next venue. Cheers!

Outstanding service and incredible food the staff are ex Nobu and really understand how to make the most wonderful leisurely lunch an absolute joy. Crispy rice with tuna was superb. Welcoming and delightful. A must visit.

I am in this amazing palace hotel. They have a 2 Star M Fine Dining and a 3 Star Chef. This location and the restaurant they have around should be regard as high end type. This JP restaurant on taste is perfect. Nicely decorated and presented Maki, Sushi was great, Tempura was also executed perfectly. The sauce comes with it is warm and not cold which is something that sparks me up compare to many other JP restaurant. Things I need to say is they should at least serve a green tea with their class of style and Provide reddish etc sometimes with set meal. I am sure this JP can be one of the Star restaurant if they change a bit on the internal process. Food is not an issue. Just software issue.
