The service was very slow and the food was not served hot.

I placed a mobile order at this restaurant and I am more comfortable speaking English than French. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, the supervisor asked me what I had ordered because they had not started preparing it yet. When I opened the app to translate my order from English to French, the supervisor made a condescending comment, saying "tu sais pas ce que t’as commandé?" with attitude. The older woman should not be in a customer-facing role if she acts like that.

I believe I was ripped off. I ordered two burgers at the restaurant, but when I got home, there was only one burger in the bag. This has happened multiple times, it's frustrating.

Customize your burger! Good coffee! Faster service with drive thru but lots of comfy tables and chairs inside. I'm lovin' it!

We were at the through and there was nobody in front of us but there was a lineup behind us. We waited for 15 minutes and nobody answered us. We went right to the window and there was no one there so we just left.
