While it may not be as impressive as those in downtown Montreal, it still offers a good overall experience. The location is fantastic, situated in a promenade, and parking is relatively easy to find on a Sunday.
My husband, two children, and I went out to eat at a Mexican restaurant that we had heard good things about. Although there were plenty of open tables, the waitress informed us that there would be a 30 minute wait. Surprisingly, we were seated in just 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the food was quite average and arrived cold. My children didn't enjoy their meals at all, especially the terrible tacos. However, our server was fantastic and even offered my son a dessert to make up for the disappointing meal. Overall, we were not impressed with this restaurant, especially considering the many other great dining options available in Centropolis.
Americans beware, do not visit this restaurant. We were not welcomed upon arrival and the first waitress we encountered refused to serve us or speak English, even though she needed another waitress to assist us. The service was extremely poor, as we were repeatedly ignored. We will not be returning to this establishment. Proceed with caution, Americans!
My daughter and my cousin are here for dinner last night. It was my first experience to eat here and I really liked it. The staff is young, friendly and knowledgeable. We started with cocktails supposed to be $5.95 because it was happy...our, but when we got our bill, our waitress has charged us full prices for the drinks. When we brought this to her, she immediately noticed. So check your bills before you pay. I had a strawberry daiquiri and honestly I wonder if there was any alcohol there. Both my daughter and cousin said the same thing about their frozen margaritas. So you're buzzing on the alcohol at Happy Hour? I had the steak burrito that was delicious and huge. I took half of it home. My daughter had the chicken quesadilla that was delicious and she took some of them home. My cousin ordered the lobster tacos and loved them. To dessert, the three shared the fried cheesecake that came with a melted pot of ice, but everything was eaten anyway. Will return.
The food is good, but the portions are small compared to other places and the service is really slow.
