Copper Branch - Laval

I am deducting 5 stars from my review due to the fact that the food was prepared without gloves, missing ingredients, and appeared to be stale leftovers. The quality of the food has noticeably declined in recent months. The excuse of having fewer customers is not a valid justification for this decline in quality. As a result, I have decided to start dining at another establishment.

The staff lack proper customer greeting skills and could use additional training.

I tried the cacao smoothie and found it to have a bitter taste. I believe it should be removed from the menu. I informed the staff about my dissatisfaction but they did not react positively. As a result, I ended up leaving the drink without finishing it. This type of customer service is unacceptable in my opinion. As a new customer, I expected the staff to offer me a different drink as a gesture of goodwill. There is another smoothie shop nearby called Jugo Juice, which offers great tasting and cheaper products. I hope the owner of this establishment emphasizes the importance of showing courtesy to customers and addressing negative feedback. I have noticed that there are many negative reviews that seem to be overshadowed by fake positive reviews.

I went to Copper Branch today and I got the Aztec bowl. My boyfriend and I shared the regular size. He ended up chewing on something hard so he spat it out and there was an actual ROCK in his mouth. No idea how Copper Branch is allowing rocks to get into their food but never going again.

Wish there would be one in Repentigny. I would go super often. Everything is good one the menu if this restaurant. Just discovered the tacos that are awesome. Burgers are great. Bowls are wonderful.
