Contribuisci feedbackWe had reserved for a group of 14 tonight. Upon arrival, we see a paper in the door that says “Sharx closed”. No one bothered to call us and inform us it would be closed. I would give 0 stars if I could because what kind of customer service is this. Just ridiculous.
Never again!!! If you wish to bowl despite their bad reviews, make sure you don’t get alley #4! It had so many problems and apparently it’s known to have problems. We were first given alley #3 and after playing a few games they randomly made us switch alley with the people next to us. Then problems started happening. We wasted 25 mins of our time. $80 for 1h!!! I wish we bought 2 games and took our time instead of rushing and wasting time due to their problems.

This was not my first time coming to Sharx, but it honestly might be the last. It is come first, first serve which is a pretty simple way of working, but the girl at the front made our night so complicated. It was a Saturday night, we had called prior to ask for the wait time and the girl simply said Well it 's busy . Once, we got there, she did not say a single word to us, not even a hello and hand us a piece of paper for our information for the waitlist and then says we 'll call you in about an hour . Two and a half hours go by and no call my friend decided to call for an update, the girl asked us when we could be here, we we 're having drinks at Houston next door and said 10 15 minutes she hangs up on our face! We decided to go back and check if any bowling alleys are now available, she sees us come in and walks away for 10 minutes, comes back asks us to point to our name on the list. Every single names we 're crossed out and had been served, even people who came after us. I also mentioned to her, we called 10 minutes ago and she told me to show her my phone with my recents call for proof . I never had to show my recent calls to any restaurants or bar just to prove I called prior, that was so unprofessional and unnecessary. She said she could only take 6 of us (we we 're 10) to play and walks away, she kept giving us a disgusting attitude, not looking in our faces and just walking away when we we 're simply trying to get a place. You may ask why we simply didn 't leave yet, but it was our friends birthday and the last time we came here, we actually had service. We ended up going to see one of the busboy 's, his name was Yohan and he was colombian, he got us our bowling alleys and our drinks, in under 10 minutes. Thank God for Yohan and his service, he kept apologizing for her attitude towards us we ended up having an okay time, but why did she make us wait over 3 hours? Because she did not feel like working last night? Because she felt like being petty? Her service and her way of being was completely unacceptable, rude and pathetic, you do not go work in customer service if you do not like people and simply can 't have manners with clients. Not to mention, she had a 4 year old, behind the desk, hiding the whole time while this place is a bar and 18 .
Very big place but little customers. Bartender was really nice, but only spoke to you in English.I thought there were pool tables there but that's not the case.
