Contribuisci feedbackDISCRIMINATION. They refused to serve me in English. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I've never been treated like that before. I will never purchase anything from this company again. The supervisor was rude, and the employees were poorly educated and impolite. There were no name tags to identify them. They spent more time chatting with each other than attending to customers. When I asked for their names, they refused to provide them. I let them know that I plan to file a complaint with the head office, the Better Business Bureau, and the customer protection office.
What’s the point of the renovation if you still have to wait 15 to 30 minutes just to get coffee pods? The intention was to provide a quick and efficient experience, but it ends up feeling like a long wait just to be served.
I was really disappointed with my experience at this store, especially given its size. The service has consistently been poor, with staff who are often impolite, rude, and seem to have an air of arrogance as if they're offering high-end products. The long lines are frustrating, and even though COVID restrictions are no longer in place, they've introduced a self-service checkout with a separate entrance to try to speed things up. This is the second time I've left work to grab my coffee, expecting to benefit from this so-called “great service,” only to find out that I still had to wait in line for the self-service due to a shortage of employees. We want to support local retail and avoid online shopping to help keep jobs secure, but it feels like they're pushing us in the opposite direction. So, what did I do? I just went back to work and ordered online instead. Such a disappointment!
The restaurant is charming, but the service could use some improvement. It appears they may be facing a staff shortage. Furthermore, the self-service option presents its own difficulties.
This was my first time visiting without having to wait in line, but I ended up being overlooked while waiting. It was a terrible experience. I think I'll either go to Fairview or order online next time.
