Second Cup Café - Laval

How can you fail so badly at making coffe when your a coffe shop... Asked for a double expresso long... I got a cup full, was almost as much as a can of soda. I wash shocked told the girl thats not my order and of corse in their great glorious service, the customer is never right apparently, she gave me attitude telling me that the way its should be because thats the way the machine spits it out.... Straight into the garbage and never again. Impressive how they can still be in business after witnessing this.

I came to Second Cup and paid for chocolate syrup because this way I do not have to add any sugar to my coffee. The batista added 1 dash. I kindly asked for her to add 2 more and she tells me that it's company policy to charge 0.50$ per pump. I go downtown, never encounter this. I go to Starbucks, never do I encounter such dry customer service. When i asked for sugar, the batista dropped it as if I caused her a traumatic experience. Honestly, I was under the impression that the amount of pumps went according the the size of the drink. I ordered a large coffee...

My friend and I went in. A woman said hello and walked away talking on a phone (I didn't see or hear her, my friend did). We waited a bit. She never came back to serve us. We left. It's very cold in there too! The A/C is way too strong.

Cappuccino wasn't as good and when I asked the barista to add more espresso or change the drink she refused and said that's not the policy!!! Though everywhere else they simply either, change the drink, fix it, or refund the money!! I will not come back again as they totally pissed me off. Customer service is actually 0/10 I was planning to get a dessert but they totally made me angry!!!!!

There is a woman there who does a killer coffee. I took the oat milk latte and it taste so dense, so creamy and the delicious burnt taste of the coffee. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an amazing coffee. Their snacks have been my all time favourite from different coffee spots. Worth a shot!
