Terrible service, politeness and customer service completely

I didn't know it was possible to mess up a sandwich. It was nonsense and the unpleasant attitude behind the counter was quite incredible. This is my worst subway experience in my life.

There was no bread left, only wraps. the employees do not go very fast despite the fact that they can clearly see that there is a line of at least 5 people. moreover, they are unpleasant. quite disappointing

Dinner time 5:00 p.m. no choice of bread the steak freeze no Swiss cheese so cold sandwich no soup and employees not very friendly that's for sure I'm not going back to this branch anymore

I arrive at 7:15 p.m. on a Thursday evening, the girl says to me Excuse me madam we are closed! I go outside on the sign, it says Open until 8 p.m. I go back inside and tell him, But it says 8 p.m.! She tells me that her ovens are closed. I 'm sorry but I work in fast food and it 's unacceptable that the ovens are closed 45min before closing. Plus the girl yelled at me something incomprehensible. I won 't be going back. See at your restaurant, you will lose customers with staff like that.
