Absolutely terrible location, customer service and staff. At 8:20 a.m., we were told that we were only service COLD SUBS, with a beautiful Stank face. It's late, but you're open. This place needs overhaul. Some people who want to be there.
Always have your order right, ready for pick-up if you need a certain time. Super friendly staff, always greeted with a Hello and a smile.
What bummed me out today I asked for a Medium Coke and the trainer didn't understand me so I left without a drink. When ask I needed anything else. If they didn't understand they ask. I did add a tip and really regret it. I did a test with all the sub sandwich. Firehouse Sub was my number 1. Yep disappointed. Now I have to tell my friends to go to the other top 2 because it's touch and go if you get your full order.
I ordered my subs online which I?m learning is becoming a headache. My orders are always wrong or something is missing no matter what restaurant it is. First I would like for them to stop putting online orders by the door for anyone to grab. No one verified that it was my order I was taking.. meaning anyone could walk in , see the name and say yes this is me. Second I added cucumbers to my Italian sub and I had none. The sub was delicious and very delicate. The gluten-free bread was falling apart on me. I enjoyed the sub.. just disappointed I didn?t get the added side. It was three staff working and they didn?t look my way.. so I can?t say if they were friendly are not. They should engage more with walk in customers. My husband ordered a small spicy chicken sub and he didn?t have any complaints. He enjoyed it.
