The food and service at the cantina at the Siesta is excellent. I highly recommend it. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch with a rating of 5 for each.
The food at dinner was very mediocre. We ordered chicken Kiev and Bolognese. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the resort. The lunch at the poolside bar was fantastic. The service at the restaurant was good.
Very disappointed I had a very unpleasant experience on Boxing Day 2021 I have owned many hospitality businesses and was sympathetic to this business owner demanding I put on a mask or go and get my exemption I told him I had , so I could join my family who was leaving that morning although the law clearly states you do not have to show it only to a bio security officer! When I returned with it I stated I’d now only be having coffee because the scene he caused yelling at me prior and the intimidation had made me feel sick and I was shaking he then yelled “get out “ repeatedly and the waitress told me to just leave as well! I was in shock and went to my room packed and left , I want to make sure this dose not happen to anybody else as it is unacceptable .. yes we’ve all had a tough yr But this is unacceptable behaviour..unwarranted and inhuman
Covid madness..Steve jones is a real piece of work, puffs his turkey chest out at people who have medical exemptions and has been discriminating patrons throughout the past two weeks like a frightened scared little man thriving to make example out of people through the festive season.. absolute disgrace.
