So, my husband had ordered me food through the DoorDash app and I was really craving JJ. I worked all day. I hadn’t had the opportunity to eat or take a break. Now (8pm on a Sunday) I’m exhausted from serving people all day everyday, didn’t want to cook, hangry, and my sandwich I ordered was the worst. Complete opposite of what I had had or expected from the last time I had food from them. I wanted and ordered for the add of pickles and peppers, I didn’t get any peppers. And only like 2-3 pickles. They put no tomatoes and so very little of what else already came on the sandwich, which are my favorite parts. So, I call the store requesting a mgr on duty, to explain the situation to them. JAKE!!!! The manager is the most kind and prompt manager as he took immediate action to resolve my issue. He let me keep my 1st disappointing sandwich. (Apologizing I told him I was hangry) he made me a high priority for their delivery and is remaking my sandwich, with extra of the ingredients it already comes with— for FREE. MY night was made bc of him and I could not be more thankful. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART, JAKE!!! So many blessings to you, and yours store. Keep up the amazing work you do for God’s hungry children who also serve people, all day everyday. It means more than you could ever know.
Very friendly staff. Everyone was helpful. My order was complete on time and ready to go. I was greeted with smiles and polite customer service. Keep it up. Because customer service is a dying a standard. I'm a loyal paying customer always if I'm treated with kindness and respect. Great job team Jimmy John's!
