Contribuisci feedbackThe customer service here is very disappointing. The staff all appear to be quite angry. Additionally, the bathrooms are closed to customers, which seems questionable. Overall, this restaurant does not reflect the KFC brand well.
When I order in person, the staff switch to speaking Spanish with me and seem annoyed while doing so. I can’t help but wonder if there’s a manager overseeing operations, as it appears that neither the manager nor the owner is truly concerned about how things are running. If you believe you’re doing your job well, I’m sorry to say you’re mistaken—I would recommend considering a different line of work.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is always served warm and delicious. They truly deserve higher pay for their outstanding customer service and the respect they show to every guest.
Every time I visit at this time, there’s never anything available. I waited 15 minutes for a mac and cheese bowl, only to be told they ran out for the night. I'm very disappointed.
The woman managing the drive-thru today provided extremely poor service. I will not be ordering from here again.
