I had a wonderful dining experience with delicious, fresh, and satisfying food. The sushi here is the best I've tried in Lawrence. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the service is attentive. I was truly impressed! As for vegetarian options, the server was very accommodating; they offered to replace the broth-based soup that came with my meal with miso soup, and they also mentioned that their fried rice is vegetarian-friendly, made without any broth. The price per person is around $20–30.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Lawrence, KS. The prices are excellent, and the sushi is top-notch, along with a variety of delicious Japanese dishes like takoyaki. The Maki roll lunch special is fantastic, with excellent service and consistently outstanding food. It's the best sushi spot in Lawrence! The food was okay. I wouldn't call them a steakhouse, so the search results could be improved, but that's not their fault. It says hibachi, but don't expect a show. You can take kids, but the seating is just a bit tight. They'll accommodate with putting some tables together, but just expect close tables to where you sit. We do plan to return with the kids.
