Perkins Bakery - Lawrence

Perkins used to be very good. Sadly, they are just not good quality anymore.

3 groups waited with no worker in sight for 3 minutes. Decided to use the restroom. Was filthy. Got out finally got sat down. Waited at least 5 to 10 minutes for someone to even ask me my drink. Waited 5 more minutes and STILL NO COFFE let alone any one taking my order. So I left. Awful visit at perkins.

Food was good and staff was nice, but a big ding to their score was we received no refills on our drinks tonight. However this will not stop me from choosing to eat here again. My family and I really enjoy eating here.

Food is nice but the service is so dreadful that made me want to leave. No one was attending the table I sat. I had to walk halfway across the restaurant to actually get a server’s attention because they were just looking and passing by. No matter how good is your food. This kind of service can never retain a customer!

Went in late at night and got checked out nicely, quickly, and quietly… Awesome, loved it.
