Krystal - Lawrenceburg

I waited an hour and still didn’t receive my food, so I ended up asking for a refund and leaving to eat elsewhere. I've never experienced such poor service at a Krystal before. This will definitely be my first and last visit to this location. They seemed too focused on serving drive-thru orders while customers in the lobby were left waiting. Many people ended up asking for their money back and leaving as well. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've had in a long time.

I've heard they're a sister company to White Castle and offer a wider menu. There are a lot of tempting items, but I'm hesitant to try them after this experience. I did have the grits bowl with sausage, but it was swimming in grease—I could barely eat it, and I was really looking forward to it. I might give them another chance, but I'm not sure. My husband seems to enjoy their burgers, though.

I usually frequent Krystal and appreciate the good service—especially from the older lady with glasses and lovely nails—so this experience was truly disappointing. We pay for both food and service, and if the staff can't handle a busy period, perhaps they should reconsider their role in food service. I've worked in the industry myself when minimum wage was just $4.25 an hour, and we were held accountable for our actions. It’s disheartening to see such neglect in service.

Not only was the food not good, but my food was setting by the window for over 5 minutes before the lady at the window realized it was there. She did apologize several times though.

I was going to church on 4/3/22 stop by to get breakfast, I got the three egg meal I told them scrambled and when I got up the road,no scrambled yellow runny fried eggs.. well 4/5/22 I went back order breakfast and told the lady what happened, she told me nothing can be done but I could have a free cake or something, I didn?t want a cake or something I wanted my eggs done right, I pulled off and realized she didn?t give me my large coke so went back thru and there was my coke, we don?t stop at night anymore because the foods cold and telling them don?t help,This place has went down from what it used to be hopefully the owner will see this and do something..
