Pizza Hut - Lawrenceburg

The food was excellent, but the interior of the restaurant was excessively hot—possibly due to issues with the air conditioning.

We recently dined at the Pizza Hut in Lawrenceburg, KY. We were seated quickly, and the staff member who took our order was very friendly. We enjoyed some cheesy breadsticks and a pepperoni pizza, both of which were delicious.

Bad customer service. Your guys employee, Ashley, is absolutely awful. She talks to you like you’re dumb and seems to have a big head about everything. Called because my pizza was messed up, in a polite voice I stated there was no sauce on the pizza. She had answered saying “I made the pizza so I know what I put on it.” Despite the evidence being I have the pizza with no sauce she kept insisting. Absolutely ridiculous! Needs to be talked to or fired to be honest. Admit to your mistakes, everyone makes them. They didn’t hire you for your intelligence

Food was hard almost burnt the employees were not so nice and they were just lounging around the restaurant. I actually thought they were customers.
