Bojangles - Lawrenceville

I placed a fairly large order: 28 pieces of chicken, 12 tenders, 7 sides, a gallon and a half of sweet tea, and some biscuits. The manager was incredibly friendly. Although it took 30 minutes for my order to be ready, she was very apologetic and even invited me to call if anything was missing. Everything in my order was perfect, and I truly appreciated the great customer service! Thank you so much!

I love Bojangles, but this location was a huge letdown. I placed my order and, after about five minutes, was asked if I minded waiting a bit longer, to which I agreed. However, I ended up waiting for 25 minutes. When I finally got home and opened the boxes, I found the chicken was so burnt that there was barely any meat inside, and the biscuits were flat and hard. The chicken's crust was so tough that I could barely pull it off, let alone bite into it. If you're looking for authentic Bojangles chicken, I recommend trying a different location.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. When I ordered the two BLTs, it seemed clear that you didn't have tomatoes or lettuce available. This location really needs improvement. I could have gotten better quality food for a lower price at McDonald's.

The young black lady at the morning drive-thru is fantastic. She has an amazing personality and a wonderful smile. It's clear that she genuinely enjoys her job.

The wait was a bit longer than expected, but that was because they were preparing fresh chicken, and I can honestly say it was worth the wait. There was a mix-up with my drink order at the drive-thru, but the staff member handled it without any hassle and corrected it. Overall, this location is better than most Bojangles I’ve visited.
