Maybe they are busy??? but I never feel appreciated or welcomed there. As someone with gluten and dairy intolerances, I relish finding good GF places. Unfortunately WildFlour is slipping off my list of establishments to support. I’m all for supporting small, local businesses, but I travel almost an hour to visit and I feel like I am burdening them with my presence. Please prove me wrong next time, WildFlour ?
We were the only customers and waited 25 minutes for a slice of quiche each. When I went in to inquire, there was no one in the shop so I called to them. Some lady who was picking up stuff, barked at me to move because they were waiting on other customers. (What was I? They were defensive and scrambled to give me our food. (We were eating outside. One slice of quiche was cold. Pretty unpleasant experience.
I love Wildflour Bakery and my family has been going to them for years since they first opened. Everything they make is absolutely delicious and you would never know that everything is GLUTEN FREE. I love their carrot cake so much that I asked the bakery to make that as my wedding cake. I worked with Alice in the bakery and she was a joy to work with. She (and the team) created a beautiful 4-tier cake exactly as I described and all of my guests raved about how good the carrot cake was. I cannot recommend this bakery enough for breakfast or lunch service or if you are looking for a yummy treat.
The egg salad sandwich is everything. I don't know why I wished the bread was toasted but it is still delishhhh. Would recommend this place. thank you for great service !
