Cicis Pizza - Lawton

Good family atmosphere, large selection of pizzas and desserts, but especially fresh salatable. always friendly and happy to help. the only minor is the type of music. As I said a good family atmosphere. it could be great if it wasn't for the kind of music. some genres are limit not child-friendly. great work on the rebuild really like the new look.

It was convenient after shopping at some stores along the local bus route in the town I am in. The buffet was reasonably priced as well. Pizza pie..

Salad bar items completely dried out from sitting and not being checked or replenished, rotten tomatoes mixed in. Manager was snippy and irritated at being asked about fresh salad bar items. Many items were clearly sitting longer than recommended, crunchy dried out tops etc. It's just a basic low end pizza buffet, but that's the point really. Making sure food looks appetizing and being nice to guests is expected. Skip it next time and go almost anywhere else

Poor service. no forks what so ever...all dirty, none out at all. ask manager, he said they are being washed and he sat back down. I complained again and he went in back and brought 2 forks out....a good 15-20 minutes passed before utensil holder got about 10 forks. mind you, time of day 545pm and people continued to come in. very Slow service. a good manager would never let forks run out and was out of flatbread they said so they could not make one of their pizza. a good manager would have gone in back washed those forks himself and got them out immediately...but no we had to ask a second time...salad dressing was already on my salad! worst service we ever had and we are not returning. and these new lemon bars not a lemon taste, not a lemon color!

Had to give one. Can't go lower. Worst experience. Got there it was slow. No pizza on buffet AT ALL. My son ordered a personal pizza. 30 minutes he was still waiting. Meanwhile, Three guys came back from break into kitchen they finally started getting pizza out. Saw no food handler gloves on anyone. The pizza's were not cooked thru. Crust was gummy. When i went up to get food there was a guy using his t-shirt as a hot pad. Seriously. Firos or pizza hut on cache rd next time we decide on pizza. Oh on top of all of this a group of 6 people came in 25 minites after us, ordered personal pizza and bam 5 minutes later he had his pizza while my son was still waiting. I told him to ask and the t-shirt user said to my son that it would be a little while. One guy got up and left because his personal pizza never got made in a timely manner.
