They were so rude then forgot my egg rolls and then when I went back to get them forgot my sweet and sour sauce 0/10

I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger meal with seasoned fries and iced tea. What I got was a burger that didn't look right and tasted a bit off, regular fries and a Dr Pepper. The restaurant was not busy with many customers so I'm not entirely sure where the communication went wrong with my order. My overall experience was not a good one.

Hey guys I don't know why so many people feel obligated to rate Jack in the boxes and other fast food establishments so poorly. Listen up it's tasty fast food!Today I circled in to the drive-through lane, the menu boards were clean and accurate, a young employee took my order and made sure she understood it correctly and she also made sure I understood my total. By the time I got to the window I had decided I wanted a couple of tacos also, so I asked her if it was too late to get them. She cheerfully said that's no problem how many do you want? The transaction was clear and easy I was charged the right price I was given the correct product and I am happy with my food and service kudos everybody who works here.

Your staff at the location on Cache Road in Lawton are extremely unprofessional. They work with zero urgency. The guy working the drive thru rudely told me to put a mask on when he ignored me and saw me twice at the register for delivery. I got a mask on and even though my delivery order was placed BEFORE the drive thru customers and yet they were getting food first. I asked him, after waiting over 10 minutes, nicely to put gloves on when touching and bagging food. I'm sorry
