Contribuisci feedbackThis is the third time I've visited this location, and there won't be a fourth. The decor is dark and drab, and the atmosphere is that of a wake. Service was nice enough but slow. Easily the worst Red Lobster location I've ever been to.
Our server was awesome. The food was good, but not great. The lobster cheese dip was just okay. My lobster was a bit undercooked, as well as some of our shrimp. It was either burnt to a crisp or not quite done all the way. My sons filet mignon steak was really good. Overall the service from our server/waiter was 10/10, the food was probably a 6-7/10.
The food,service, atmosphere and friends made my birthday a great day for me.
The hostess was very rude as soon as we walked in the door. We were seated and greeted quickly by our server. She walked to the kitchen to get our drinks and got into an altercation with another employee. As I sat there with my husband and daughter, with special needs, we continuously heard yelling and the F bomb being dropped. What a horrible experience from the get go. They were out of popcorn shrimp. My husband's fish came out looking like it had already been chewed up. The black thing in my baked potato might have been a mushroom. Not sure though. Paid our bill as fast as we could and left. Promise we won't be back and not surprised RL is going bankrupt. I regret not taking pictures. Table 23- April 18, 2024. Server Danya
Usually pretty good, but we came inside at 8:02 and the hostess sighed heavily, said she'd be right back, then came back and refused us service. She said it was because the kitchen wasn't taking anymore orders. You should adjust the hours or retrain the staff.
