Taco Bell - Lawton

We just moved down here and we all love taco bell and this place has very friendly employees.

Ordered a cheese quesadilla and as you can see from the photo, it was not cooked and pretty cold. This was a Friday night at 10:50 p.m. I called Taco Bell and spoke to a Miss Zaharia (hope I have the correct spelling). She apologized and told me to bring back the receipt and they will take care of it. I went back and went into the lobby and was greeted by Miss Zaharia. She had a new quesadilla made by the staff and it was ready in minutes. I'm impressed by the professionalism shown by Miss Zaharia and it shows me Taco Bell takes care of their customers and do it with a positive attitude and accepts responsibility for their mistakes. Thanks!

Always good food and fast service. Even late at night they always have smiles and are courteous.

I just wanted to leave a good review for the young man at the window tonight i believe his name is Vernon.. he was absolutely as kind, and as genuine, as could be. His energy was very welcoming! This experience alone makes my family and i want to come back! Thank you Vernon for your decency with my 87 year old grandmother who dropped her change at the window tonight. Your patience kindness was appreciated greatly!

Good customer service but tacos are prepared real messy.
