Bajio Mexican Grill - Layton

I've increasingly enjoyed Bajio more than its more popular competitors. Unfortunately, there aren't many left. This one remains a favorite, and I love their mango shrimp tacos. As for drinks, she has a card for Pepsi, which works for Dr. Pepper, but she can't have diet coke.

Oh wow, you're here too! I didn't expect much, but everything was actually delicious. I ordered the favorite salad with shrimp, while my husband had the Shrimp Burrito. The shrimp were cooked in honey butter, and it was amazing. I can't wait to return!

This is a great spot for a quick bite of Mexican food. The menu features all the classics, along with daily specials, a military discount, and an amazing deal from Monday to Wednesday. The restaurant operates on a Chipotle-style assembly line, and the food is tasty. The atmosphere is pleasant, the dining area is clean, and the staff is welcoming. The desserts are exceptional. I highly recommend this place if you're craving Mexican cuisine.

I love Bajio and especially this place. They always have great, fresh, high quality ingredients (including my favorite wheat tortillas, and are happy to prepare my food exactly as I want it. They are fast and super friendly. The place is clean and beautiful. Definitely recommended!

We got recommended to go to Bajio Mexican Grill from a close friend. I had never been and was curious, and I was so happy we went! Gustavo greeted us right as we walked in, and was a very kind person. Selena checked us out and was very professional and a very bubbly person. I ordered the special for Tuesday which was a chicken quesadilla. I fell in love with the first bite! I really recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great tasting Mexican food!
